Small white head. Slightly hazy yellow body. Fruity spicy aroma with wooden gingery bready notes. Dry-sweet spicy gingery fruity taste with herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish fruity gingery aftertaste with herbal notes. Nice, drinkable, fresh. (0.4l draft at Olympen, Oslo.)

Big slightly fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is strange floral, weeds, sap, old cellar, hay, citrus peel, grass, lemongrass, coriander flowers, old rope. Taste is dry floral, weeds, hay, yeast, thyme, old cellar, citrus peel, lemongrass, grass, coriander, flowers, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and watery mouthfeel. Fair enough, just weird.

Flaske fra Det gode brygg (Sandnes), hjemme etter en formiddagsøkt med Grainfather: klar gylden med højt, tett skum som varer til siste dråpe. Aroma og smak av citron, epler og litt krydder (koriander?). Noe typisk hveteølpreg kjenner jeg ikke, men den friske, tørre bitterheten gjør den til en god tørsteslukker, selv om det bare er 6C ute.

Clear pale golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing down the sides of the glass. Nice intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Semi dry texture. Unusual yeast profile. Wheat, citric, yeast and some spiced notes.

On tap at Crowbar, Oslo. Hazy golden with a decent, white head. Fairly fruity aroma with citrusy notes and hints of yeast and spices. Moderate sweet with a pleasant acidity, fruity flavours and a fairly mild bitterness. Refreshing and sessionable!

Kommentar: Batch 63. Frisk og lettdrukket øl til sommervarmen om den noengang kommer til Norge i år. Riktig god var de også. Ja takk gjerne en til om varmen kommer.
