Bottle at Haand Festival. A dense finger-thick beige head sits on top of a lightly unclear light brown body. Roasted malts, toffee and some dried fruits in the aroma. Hints of chocolate. It’s dry on the palate, lightly bitter and with a nice carbonation level. Roasted malts and toffee dominates the flavor, with coffee, chocolate and dark dried fruits in the back. Lasting finish dominated by the dark malts. Nice indeed. 150529

From tap at Haandbryggeriet Beer Festival. Shared with Finn. Lasting beige head over a clear mahogany coloured body. Lacing rings down the glass. Brown malty nose, mid-sweet. Taste of brittle caramel and chocolate followed by a roasted ending. Accepted, maybe a little unvaried (Drammen 30.05.2015).
