Backlog January 2016. Clear golden body under a medium sized off-white head. Aroma has malt, marmalade, citric fruit and pine. Taste is sweet malt, citric fruit, peaches, marmalade and good bitterness. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Nice classic DIPA with a good maltbase.

500ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Bestillingsutvalget. Pearl white head, one-finger sized leaving lacing rings down the glass. Misty amber coloured body. Restrained tropical fruity nose. Fruity caramel flavours, hints of pine needles and apricot. Well hopped fruity ending. Warming and well bodied. A nice, slow drinking sipper. (Shared with Finn, session at his place in Tromsø 02.02.2017).

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Delt med Rune i heimen 2.2.17. Gylden. Svakt uklar. Middels høyt skum som flater helt ut. Litt lacing. Kraftig fruktaroma. Mest plommer. Smaken læraktig & masse frukt. Avslutter tørt.

At Bergen Ölfestival 2016. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of some hops, grass and light caramel. Similar taste, also some malt. The body was medium and the finish bitter. An ok one.

14.02.2016, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Small slightly bubbly-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is dry concentrated citrusy, leafs, citrus peel, hops, lawn, moss, caramel malts, weeds, sap, alcohol, hints of grapefruit and tangerine. Taste is dry and harsh grassy, masses of citrus peel, weeds, bark, ashes, burnt rubber, harsh hops, grass, minerals, paper, cardboard, alcohol. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry medical mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea...

Golden with a white head - Hop aroma with some tropical frutiy tones - Malt body to support a good hop profile that has some fruity and some herbal tones - The hops goes into a long dry finish - This was good

On tap at Kristiansand Ølfestival. An unclear orange-golden beer with a dense, off-white head of finger-thick size. The aroma is very piney, tending towards juniper, with wome malts and a faint peachy touch. It has a nice bitterness in the mouth, with lots of piney, resiny hops. Malts in the back. Full body and a nice carbonation level. Lasting hop dominated finish, with a solid malty backdrop. A lovely beer that I could easily have had more glasses of. 150822
