The second one of 22 beers for our 12th wedding anniversary. Izdahír's.
Bottle 0.375l, more than four years aged. Almost clear, reddish colored. AROMA- fermented, sour, fruity - dark grapes, cherry, berries, flowery, geranium, red wine, plum. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, light to medium sourness, fruity again, flowery, hibiscus. Medium bodied.
Well balanced, silky. Decent one.

Pleasantly dirty and sour as I’d hoped. Fruity, red wine, something tart, good stuff.

Bottle online from the brewery. Pours almost clear ruby copper with a smidge of a beige head. Oaky, red wine barrel, almost balsamic tones. Funky, vinous, dark stone fruits. Nice balance of barrel, fruit & tartness. Medium body with light-ish carbonation. It's a cracking blend.

375ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a murky medium brown colour, with a lasting, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is yeast, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, vinous, tart cherry, raisin, red berry fruits, dry oaky, light buttery, acidic palate and spicy tannins. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Absolutely superb. One of the most balanced sour ales I’ve ever had. It’s fresh and fruity. The sourness is really nicely balanced by the buttery sweetness in the finish.
