The thirteenth one of 22 beers for our 12th wedding anniversary. Nidábe's.
Bottle 0.5l. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- brandy, nice strong alcohol, plums, berries, grapes, raisins, strawberry jam, flowery, roses. FLAVOR- thick, lightly to moderately sweet, medium bitterness, bitter berries, warming, dark grapes, brandy, rosehips, jam. Full bodied.

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours clear dark red brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of dried fruits, toffee, raisins, malt, molasses, bread, sherry, wood, hint of starch and runner bean. Medium sweetness, quite bitter. Full bodied, sticky, tingling carbonation. Rich finish, boozy, slightly harsh. Mostly enjoyable.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Almost clear with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dried fruit. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 020722

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, candy sugar, fruits, alcohol and has a nice warming finish.

0.5 l bottle thanks to Vran. Thanks. Shared with Deda Punker and Marko. Hazy deep amber to copper. Minimal head. Toasted malts, caramel, dried fruit, fruit jam. Spices, herb liqueur. Syrup, molasses. Dark bread. Brown sugar. Light to medium body, herbal bitterness, caramel sweetness. Good balance, a bit thin. Medium finish. No warmth, considering the strength.

Bottle, thanks Vran for sharing with us! Misty red brown body. Pleasant, perfumey malty aroma, prsne karamele, dried plums, dates, soapy lightly but not in a bad way. Good even! Lean malty dry taste, light dried fruit. Too lean, with surprisingly enormous bitterness, aggressive, overwhelming, unbalanced. oh well.
