Chtěli jsme pokračovat v trendu používat jiné slady než ječné a zároveň připravit i něco netradičního.
Proto jsme zvolili americkou IPU z amerických chmelů, na studené chmelení vybrali speciální odrůdy s tóny tropického ovoce a kromě ječného sladu použili i dva slady ovesné.

# 4737; 9/2025. Aroma of dust, hay, caramel, herbal, zesty. Murky amber body; persistent beige head. Orange, zesty, hay, peach, light resin. Fuller body; medium carbonation. Good old-school IPA. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

500ml bottle from RusBeerShop in Moscow. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, malt. Taste is light sweet, grapefruit, pine needles. Medium bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Appearance: Clear pale amber with a one finger tall off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Bisquits, candied grapefruit, floral hop. pine needles. Light sweet, medium bitter. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Not a great IPA still an acceptable one. Wondering about the low rating.

0,5l bottle from Beer Store Pivotéka U Modrého Lva (Česká) in Brno. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, clear. Aroma is malty, orange, bready, vaguely tropical fruits. Taste is medium malty base, orange, vaguely fruity, bit herbal, oat, medium carbonation, drinkable yet not for the style.

Butelka z lodowki w schronisku na 900 metrze nad poziomem morza. Oj zabawna etykieta, a raczej nazwa i raczej styl pomylono, bo smakuje jak india pale lager. czyli lepiej nachmielony tradycyjny lagerek. mozna sie skusic jesli zamierza sie wyruszyc pieszo ponad 4 godz. i tak jak gory nie sa straszne tak jak i cena bo ta butla kosztowala tyle co cala skrzynka w czeskim markecie.

0,5 bottle. Arany szín, közepes, fehér hab. Furcsa, mert inkább élesztős, malátás, mintsem komlós illata van. Friss, szénsavas, közepesen keserű, de csak az alap IPA jegyeket érezni, Escobar bácsi nem vitte túlzásba a komlózás. A kiszerelés alapján kb erre számítottam. Volt már jobb, ivós sörnek viszont tökéletes. Némi gyümölcsösség előjön a nyelven utóízben, szóval azért nem temetendő, de nem is igazi IPA számomra, csak egy cseh nagyüzemi "IPA"

Fresh, carbonated, moderately bitter, but only the basic IPA tickets to feel, Uncle Escobar did not exaggerate the hops. Based on the packaging, I expected that. It was better, but perfect for drinking beer. Some fruitiness comes out in the language in an aftertaste, so it's not to be buried, but it's not a real IPA for me, just a Czech large-scale "IPA"
