(Can) Pours clear amber with tiny white head. Subtle aroma with notes of bread and tangy fruit. Light body with bright carbonation. Nicely sour with notes of pineapple and hints of yogurt and pepper. Pleasant drinking.

Can from brewery. Very light yellow. Pineapple nose. Lovely and tart with some sweetness coming through. A delight.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma a nice tart pineapple with a sweet bourbon and a light sweet grain underlying. Flavor also has a nice tart pineapple that works with the bourbon barrel and has a light sweet grain backbone.
