Can stored for nine months. I had one of these back in Dec 2019 when it came out and was underwhelmed by its lack of balance and rawness. Thankfully I hung on to a second one (and the review job). It's now much more of a cohesive effort. Lots of apricot and toffee. Still boozy but in a warming, cuddly way.
