Can at home picked up from Bottle shop druid street. Not that fresh but it has been at the back of the fridge the whole time. A nice translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Attractive. Aroma is nice tropical fruit salad with melon and tangy citrus, tangerine. Soft dought dough and bread on the nose. Flavour is composed soft wheat, light malts, light dank, grassy citrus, melon and tangerine. Palate is semi crisp, highish prickly carbonation, nice dry finish. Good stuff.

Can at home in London - sourced from the Hop Locker. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Nice pithy-rindy citrus aroma, with touches of pine needles, dry pale bread. Light sweet flavour with semi-juicy citrus character, some tangerine, more crisp, dry and bready pale malts, very slight mineral notes, some mandarin orange. Light bodied with average carbonation. Neatly balanced in the finish, quite clean, with further tangerine and orange, a little piney bitterness, more dried pale malts, nips of nectarine. Somewhat restraines, but overall it’s a very drinkable brew.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Very hazy, pale gold. Fairly dense, frothy, white head. Nose has biscuity malts. Peach and peach stone. Notes of melon and some white grape. Taste is light, fruity bitter. Some dryness. Bit of sweetness on the lips. Light body. Light bitter finish. Inevitably a little thin, but still very drinkable.

440ml can from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours cloudy golden with a smooth white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, floral, grass, zest. Taste is fruity, tropical/citrus, grass, malts in the background, slight pine, bitter finish. Light-medium body, good for the low ABV. Not a huge improvement over the first canned Pale but both are really good in my opinion, I look forward to the next iteration.

Can from The Beerhive. Milky orange body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of cucumber, spearmint, green apple and peanut shell. Flavour of pine needles and herbs. Thin to medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Good body for the low ABV but the flavour is quite bland.
