12 - 28 May 2025. Road trip Namibia. Bottle from Spar Klein Windhoek. Cheers to Anke, Frank & Els!
A: clear golden, stable, foamy, white head.
A: subtle pine resin, grapefruit, peanut, onion, tobacco.
T: sweetish mandarin, bitter grapefruit & pine, peanut.
F: piney & resinous hops, very bitter grapefruit, bit vegetal.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Lacks some intensity, but it does the job.

At BlockHouse, Constantia, Cape Town, 12th April 2025. This was a bitter and fairly decent IPA. Good to find a few on tap here

0,1l on tap @ Beer House. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is sweet fruity malts. Flavor is sweet fruity malts with some pine, some hops. Good.
Malty, boozy, dark in color - it’s kind of like a hoppy scotch ale. Not at all what I expected and doesn’t look anything like the other pictures. Also, not particularly great.

340ml bottle orsered online from St Marcus and drunk at home. It's a deep orange/gold and clear with a film of white head on top. Big piney aroma, tangerines, kemquat peel. The taste is extremely bitter with hop oils all the way down the throat. More pine, citrus, light malt character. Oily body, medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle brought by Pilot Goran all the way from South Africa. Huge thanks! Shared with him and Višnja 666. Clear amber, small off-white head. Malts, fruit jam, some hops. Light bitterness. Maybe a bit old. Not bad anyway. Medium body, moderate carbonation, sweetness with a dry finish.

440ml bottle. Pours crystal clear golden amber with a small beige head. Aroma is a little weak, malty with some fruity hops, light citrus. Taste is similarly malty, a little caramel/toffee balanced with nice citrus fruity hops, finish is quite bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. Not bad but nothing to excite me.
