Our first ever DDH beer. Named because in those halcyon days of only brewing twice a week we had a lot of time to muck about. We spent some of that muck time working up recipes for delicious DDH Pales too. Simcoe Cryo, Ekuanot & Mosaic in two huge additions hit you like bursts of laser beams. The London III gives a soft, juicy mouthfeel.
