On tap at Arendsnest, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy rhubarb, citrus skins, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is earthy and lightly citric, with earthy rhubarb, light citric notes and gentle wild yeast. Not particularly complex but decently well-constructed. Nothing amazing but pleasant.

Bottle. Bit hazy deep golden. Typical Nevel yeast up front, a touch of natural wine, light floral, citrus zest, bread crust malts. Quite subtle in aroma, solid medium sour and light lingering sweet in taste. Solid medium body. Again lovely, as always.
