Steady Rolling Man base recipe and process up until dry hop, where the beer was dry hopped at 10 g/l exclusively with fresh Crop Year 2020 Strata from our friends at Indie Hops! The lots that we selected for this beer were grown at Goschie Farms and Coleman Hops.

Expect Steady Rolling Man but with amped up tangerine juice! Delicious!

Can at home picked up from HOTM. An attractive translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is lovely soft wheat, soft squishy tropical fruit, kiwi, floral, pear, green citrus.. Flavour is composed of soft bready wheat, light pithy citrus, wax, tropical fruit, pear, melon , white grape. Very crushable. Palate is soft, cirsp , little pithy, highish carbonation.

Can at home, 3rd January 2021. Pours a hazy light straw colour. Aroma is tropical fruit, mango, peach and tangerine. Taste is super well balanced, orange, floral, tangerine and sherbert, a great malt backbone and a bitter, citrus and grainy linger in the close, superb APA.

Can online from 'The Trembling Madness'. Pours a cloudy pale orange colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of grapefruit, orange, pineapple and pine. Taste has the same juicy notes with some added weed and peppery spice. Medium body. Nice.

500ml can. Hazy golden, big white head. Aroma of passionfruit, grapefruit, dank. Taste is so fresh, full of passionfruit, grapefruit and dank weedy notes, very low bitterness, citrusy. Medium body, incredibly soft. An outstanding pale ale, just like the original SRM. Strata being an excellent choice of hop for this one off special.
