The changing season never cease to inspire those who grow, craft, and create. Looking towards spring, we source citrus fruits from the heart of winter and the first flowers after the frosts to herald the extension of the light. Spring stretches out before us, and our days grow longer, lending sunlight and joy to guide the work of our hands. Fille de Ferme is a foeder-rested, brettanomyces farmhouse ale fermented with honeysuckle and fresh orange zest. This lightly tart ale is our homage to the rustic spirit of old world Belgian-style farm beers.

Fajne niczym lambick Sour Ale, kwasne bardzo, cytrusowe limonka i cytryny, pieniste gruboziarnista piana, barwa zlocista jaskrawa, metnista, babelki jak w szampanie czy w DeuSie, zastanawialem sie czy aby nie zastosowano tu drozdzy szampanskich. Ciekawa butelka na wzor belgijskich lambickow o poj 375ml. Lekkie, konsumpcyjne piwo, z mala dawka slodu a spora kwaskowoscia i niewielka goryczka. Dla wielbicieli kwasow i koneserow Gueuze powinno byc dobre, dla mnie oczywiscie jest. Ale cena straszliwie zaporowa

Light orange and some citrus. Light barrel but well integrated. Great mix and easy drinking. Light tangy finish. Hind of peel. Hazy golden pour with good head and lacing. Tap at brewpub.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Wicked Weed Fille de Ferme ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, leather, brett, tart, fruity, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, minerals, pale malt, fruity, leather - medicine, floral, minerals - honey sweet. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Something odd is going on here that i did not realy like ... [20160625]

500 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Light hazy pale yellow color with white head. Hoppy and yeasty aroma, funky, bretty, salty notes, tart citrusy fruity, spicy, resinous. Light sweet, light acidic and some salty notes in the taste. Almost medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

Big thanks to ne14sours for this bottle. Had it at the RBSG2016. Looks like lemonade. Slight co2 sizzle. First impressions are pretty good, I’m liking this. Quite mellow after a while for a sour ale. Yes the brett comes thru on this one. Good RB experience!

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy yellow iwth a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty, light citrus and light bretty. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 250616
