Imperial IPA brewed with Mosaic, Amarillo & Sabro. Punchy grapefruit and juicy pineapple flavours are backed up with some delicate coconut notes, and a gentle bitterness allows the fruity flavours to take centre stage.

Can from Bottles & Books. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple and orange. Flavour of straw, musty orange and glue. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. It’s fine but there’s a boozy, gluey edge.

440ml can. Murky golden, small white head. Aroma of coconut, pineapple. Taste is very Sabro heavy, lots of coconut and pineapple first and foremost, some tropical fruits, grapefruit, mango, peppery hop spiciness, a bit of alcohol too. Medium bodied. Great DIPA, much better than the ethanol heavy one they released alongside this.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, slightly thin but with a decent creamy sweetness. Solid hop profile. Bright and semi ripe orange, mandarin and tangerine. A touch of hop spice. Light bright Sabro pineapple really elevates this one. Crisp minerally finish. Nice, goes down very well.
