The fourth beer comes as a mighty owl from Australia. It is our strongest creation yet, being a Double IPA, brewed primarily with Galaxy hops. It has an amazing mango and passion fruit aroma. Cashmere and Chinook are also used for a fruity and spicy touch.
Boobook 2 uses a higher quantity of hops to increase the IBU and become closer to a classic DIPA.

Can @ fonefan tasting. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 051220

330ml can. Murky pale golden, thin white head. Aroma is dank, citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is the same, dank, tropical fruits, mango, passionfruit, big pithy grapefruit bitterness, some hop spice too. Full bodied, thick, smooth. Very similar to the first iteration but as suggested there's much more bitterness / pithy citrus in this one. Not convinced it's better or worse overall so same rating for me, a superb DIPA.
