This collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal is big, thick + creamy! The use of Kveik yeast produced some amazing flavours and aromas during the fermentation. Even before we dry-hopped with El Dorado + Sabro, the beer was super tasty. Welcome to flavour town! Flavours of stone fruits, mango and pear, developing into a subtle spicy bitter finish.

Can in the garden, 26th June 2020. Pours a light hazy yellow. Aroma is lemon and lemon grass. Taste is the most coconut forward of Sabro IPAs, lemon, lemon grass, candy and a medium bitter finish. Great stuff

Can. Pours a hazy with a beautiful thick white head. Aroma is refreshing and hoppy, lots of typical kveik aromas. Spicy and complex, slight funk. Peculiar but nice. Medium body. Flavour is very soft malts, with a spicy and funky note. Lots of tropical fruit, pineapple, guava. Floral and citrus fruit. Finishes hoppy and funky, quite dry. A very nice kveik IPA, first I really enjoy. Still the usual kveik peculiarity, but very pleasant.

Can sourced from Kihoskh and shared at home - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Medium sweet with notes of grape and pineapple, light yeasty touch, some slight passion fruit but no expected coconut from the sabro, medium body, lingering fruity and hoppy into the close. Nice.

Not sure about this one, on paper sounds great but leaves me a bit wanting. Creamy with stone fruit, some tropical fruit and a bitter finish. I guess I'm just not a fan of kveik.

Gusjegrågul. Middels høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Ferskenaroma. Smaken plommer med et pikant gjærpreg. Tørr avslutning. God! (09.05.20).

Can. Very hazy gold beer, bordering on cloudy, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy but still has decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, a good creamy sweetness. The Sabro and Kveik combine to deliver punchy Pineapple cube sweets with great spicy pine on the side. Nice smooth bright tropical fruits underpin all. Mango and Guava. Smooth spicy finish. A delight. Finally a Kveik super star.

Can at home from BEER52. An attractive translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Aroma is interesting canned pineapple, soft wheaty grains, white grape, lemon rind, some sabro character. Flavour is composed of floury wheat, spicy citrus, white wine, white grape. Some alcohol bite in the finish, bitter lemon. Really quite unique, subtle sabro character. really nice.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Lacing rings down the glass from a covering white head. Opaque grey-golden body. Inviting aromas of pineapple and dusty hops. Well balanced taste character of pineapple, bread and passion fruit, integrated kveik beneath. Moments of spruce and late arriving bitterness to the finish. Smooth on the swallow. Fine bodied. Likable. (Tromsø 24.04.2020).
