The barrel aging more or less destroyed this gem It still had a solid nice toffee, molasses and some spices as a base But also some home brew yeast ish and barrel/wood stuff that made a mess off it Damned those torpedoes Also to much alcohol coimg up [Can from Vinmonopolet Rygge in Norway]

The bourbon is strong in this one. Chocolate, caramel, nuts and milky vanilla. Sweet and succulent.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is pecans, caramel, chocolate, roasted, vanilla, taste is similar, light sweetness, tasty bourbon, bitter finish.

Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter søt engelsk, karamellfudge, fruktig portvin, vanilje og nøtter. Fyldig. Søt. Smaker engelsk lakris, melasse, noe mørk sjokolade og bourbon, trevirke, fløtekaramell og portvin. Fløyel. Middels lang.

Black with a minimal light brown head. Aroma of cocoa, chocoalte and wooden barrels. Sweet with a warm wooden barrels and cocoa end.
