(Bottle) Copper colour, hazy, with frothy tan head. Fruity nose with notes of apricots, sourdough bread, honey, grapefruit and barnyard. Fruity taste with apricots, bread, honey, hay, nuts, wet leaves, grapefruit and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. A light funky yeasty tartness hangs around. Medium body, dry. Interesting, autumnal saison with a mild funky touch. Quite nice.

Bottled (from Systembolaget Umeå). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some mild wooden and a bit peppery tones. Flavour is peppery, some rhubarb, floral and mild wooden tones. Somewhat bitter.

Flaska från systembolaget. Ganska mörk för stilen. Doftar citrus och lite klor. Smakar grapefrukt, karamell och citrongräs. Härligt besk med balanserad syra.

Gylden brun klar med beige skum. Lukter blomster, høy og karamell.middels fylde. Lett bitter smak, granskudd og noe brent karamell. Eple og noe floralsk, spesielt på slutten. Noe oljete.
