Tap @ Patricks. Clear pale golden with a small white head. Both aroma and flavor is acidic lemon and lots of yogurt. Lots of yogurt, I actually find the yogurt flavor dominating anything else than some lemon acid. Is it really supposed to taste like this? I don’t mind the acidity but I don’t appreciate the strong yogurt flavor.

Une sour, ce qui n'est pas trop mon style à la base. Nez sur le thé à la pêche, pluto engageant pour ce genre de bière. En bouche, côté acide piquant, mais pas vinaigré, rappelle une citronnade. Très éloigné de la bière à mon goût mais au moins c'est buvable. Peu intéressante mais en terrasse au soleil peut se savourer comme un cocktail.

Can shared with IH at Poa Kichizi Brewery 16.05.19. Clear yellow golden. Diminishing white head. Strong aroma of sour rhubarb and lime. Tart and acid mouthfeel. Refreshing!

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, sour grass, old cat piss, weeds, old hay, minerals, fruit stones, old wash cloth, lime peel, paper, bark, old lawn, hints of grain. Taste is dry sour-ish, weeds, soda powder, fruit salt, citrus acid, unripe berries, minerals, hay, lawn, grassy lime peel, pine needles. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh citrusy mouthfeel. Just weird.
