This is a classic Belgian witbier. We use more than 50% wheat and a specific yeast strain is chosen to give those traditional spicy characteristics. Both sweet and bitter orange peel are added and we add lots of organic lavender flowers. The beer is cloudy and fresh in flavour with medium mouthfeel and no hop aroma. We do not want the beer to be overpowered by lavender and are careful to get just that hint of lavender.

Keg at Haket vs Ölets dag 2019-07-17 Göteborg AR: sour citrus, coriander - the brewer can pick up lavender, I can't AP: milky golden, no to wee head F: citrus and coriander, very refreshing summer beer
