A blend of wheat and blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 18 months with black and red raspberries, fresh ginger and thyme. This unique project offers carefully layered flavors of ripe bramble fruit with a refreshing ginger lift and soft notes of lavender and pine.

Cloudy red with a small white head. Funky aroma with red berries, thyme and mint. Dry and very tart fruity and herbal flavour.

Draught @ MBCC 2018, Blue Session
Pours hazy red with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, raspberry, tartness and funk. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long raspberry, funky and vanilla finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Malt & Mold tasting. Pours cloudy burgundy red with minimal frothy white head, acidic aroma, adequate carbonation, sour berry taste with faint dried fruit flavor, thin body, long finish. A good tart but not my cup of tea.

Sample from the bottle at Malt&Mold, New York. Color is slightly cloudy red with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, sweetness, tartness and some sourness. Too sweet for me.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 12.11.18 and bottle shared with BG and JFE 19.05.19. Dark violet. Pink head. Fine aroma and taste of wild raspberries, raspberry candy, sour blackcurrants, blueberries, red jellymen and acidity. Astringent mouthfeel. Good!

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy deep red with pinkish head. Aroma of cherries, sulfur, some medicine. Tastes sour, no sweetness. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep red colour, moderate to small pink head. Distinct aroma of ripe raspberries and bramble, also farmhouse notes. Sour flavour of raspberries and bramble, also notes of lemons. The ginger and thyme are very subdued.

Tap at BeerTemple. Clear red with light pink head. Big sour cherries, almond, marzipan, apple vinegar, cloying. Big sour and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
