This beer is a one-off batch of a New England IPA with lactose and orange. The base beer is an American IPA in style but with a complex mix of Citra, Amarillo and Saaz added at many stages during brewing and fermentation. Adding hops in this way helps create a beer high
in mouthfeel and gives a medium haziness. The beer has a very fresh taste and is high in hop aroma. After main fermentation we add orange and lactose to make it slightly sweeter and give an intense orange taste and aroma.

On tap at Lådan. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Kind of mild with hops, mild orange, some malt and light grass. The body was on the light side as was the bitterness.
