Bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is mandarin indeed, nice fruit interwoven with the funk. Taste is mandarin, nice fruit, good balance, not too acidic. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Good!

Bottle picked up from Etre Gourmet webshop and consumed at home Saturday 25th April 2020 at home Attenkirchen on another wonderful glorious day, once again wall to wall sunshine, day 39 of lockdown :-(. Tonight is homemade burger night, we have Smoked Chicken Cobb Burger. Pours orange squash colour, plenty of busy little bubbles but no head. Zappy and refreshing, the base fruit is great, not too dry, it's at the end of the scale of lambics that I really like, i.e. not the Cantillon end, more Boon like. This is refreshing, tart, there is plenty of orange 🍊 .

Bottle from Etre. Orange without much of a head. Misc citrus, pronounced mandarin peel, some funk, grass and peach. Quite light and easy to drink.

375 ml bottle, 2018 vintage. Orange, medium hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, off-white head. Aroma of mandarin, wet cellar, citrus, sweet barrel, some green apple. Tastes similar, with more citrus and slight cheesy funk. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes medium dry, moderate sour, wooden, a bit musty, with green apple skin, citrus, some mandarin, slight funk. Tasty. Really crisp, with a beautiful mix of the mandarin, Lambic funk and some wood. Drinks very fresh and balanced, lovely stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Vintage 2018. orange murky color, small white head. smells funky, dusty, some stone fruits, grassy, hay. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes funk, citric, grassy, some stone fruits, bit flowery, herbal. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, grassy and earthy notes. very nice taste, smooth to drink. very good beer 7, 4, 8, 4, 16

Bottle shared with Lorna. It pours hazy bright golden - orange with a medium white head. The aroma is barnyard, funky, poopy, wet hay, bit if manure, zingy, zesty, mandarin and kumquat . The taste is crisp, dry, bright, zingy, zesty, mandarin, tangerine, kumquat, orange sherbet, kick of acidity, touch of minerals and funk with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly. Maybe too poopy on the aroma, but I really like the bright orange citrus character. Fun.
