330 ml bottle, vintage 2019, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of pears and pear cores, a hint of sulphites. Dry flavour, with a distinct and lemony acidity which I have not encountered in any variety of pears.

Greenish yellow colour. Light very acetic pear aroma. Very dry acetic flavor without barnyard notes. Week pear notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A light hazed pale milky petrol coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sour harsh funk, prickly lacto, bile, wppdy mould. Really harsh on the nose. Flavour is composed of super sour, prickly sour apple, green apple, granny smith, mouldy wood, bile and acid, sour milk. Palate is super sharp and prickly vinegar, prickly carbonation. Did not get on with this one.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of pear, ripe, fleshy, sharp acetic. Taste is tart, tangy, pear, biscuit, with some acetic notes and citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, drying soured finish. Quite OK.

Bottle at home, picked up from Systembolaget Malmo big juan, 06/12/22. Lightly hazed pale yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is tangy pear, straw, light funk, acidic nostril tickle, hay bale. Taste comprises prickly pear, acidic bite, straw, tannins, earthy pear, nettles. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Not quite what I expected ... was thinking this could be overly sweet ... surprised in a pleasant way ... someone expecting a straight up perry might not be!

Kran på Tetsu, Örebro. Klar ljusguldig i färgen, ingen krona. Djup syra, drar åt en vinägrig kombucha. Torrt och stramt med toner av päron och gröna druvor.

Bottle at THT July. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Vinegar, light pears, glue, funky, grassy, thinner. Very sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. Way too rough.
