Trockener, natürlich apfeliger Beginn. Zunehmend süß werdend, was aber selbst zum stärksten Moment noch moderat und angenehm ist. Intensiv apfelig, hohe Süffigkeit, langer Nachgeschmack. Gut. 9/11/11/10/8/11

Pale cloudy yellow @ 6.8%, a brief film of head. Aroma of apples, wood. Taste is sour, tangy with a lovely moderate dry finish combined with a farm oak barrel note. Moderate body and low carbonation works well with this. Its a little too sour and acidic for my tastes but that finish is good.

Historical tick. Have resisted doing it but want to see how they impact my stats. This ruined a sunny afternoon sat outside a canal side pub, Barley Mow, nr Fleet.. Did not do it for me.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden colour. Aroma of sweet mild sourish apples and sulfur. Taste of sweet apples, mild sourness, easy to drink.

[50cl bottle from a local corner shop at 6.8% ABV] A hazy amber pour with light carbonation; sweet dessert apple aroma with some yeast; rather a lot of tannin in the mouth with bittersweet fruit; and a much sweeter finish.

Box @ Anchor Inn, High Offley, Staffordshire one of the last remaining parlour pubs in England. Pours an expected cloudy yellow, aroma is pure fruit, funk, orchard must. Taste continues, lightly sour with a nice pure fruit sweetness and light acidic tang. Decent.

On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!

19/2/2019. Bottle from Asda, Ipswich. Pours very slightly hazy yellow gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of sweet apple juice. Quite heavy sweetness, minimal bitter/tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet finish. Too sweet for me.
