Vuur & Vlam is an overly hopped beer. Yet, it's not aggressive in it's bitterness or too grassy from the hops. We mainly retrieve the fruit and floral aromas from the hops. Giving it a huge hop character with the nasty bitterness. Flavor indication: citrus, floral, light grassy. Translates as Fire & Flames

Bottle. Pours a cloudy dark brown amber with a slighly off white thin head. Aroma of sweet peach. Some abricot. Ripe citrus and orange. Slight caramel. Taste is orange peel, grassy hops, sweet peaches. Very smooth body.

Nose is initially barnyard becomes after a while fruity. Colour is hazy pale amber, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma pale malt, grain, orange, pine resin, earthy notes, Flavour medium sweet and bitter, grain, grapefruit, pine resin; very dry bittersweet finish. Very nice.

Keg at Euston Tap. Pale cloudy blond, small white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, mainly lemon and grapefruit, bit of pineapple too and yeasty. Taste is citrussy, sharp lemon. Bit of biscuit malt and touch of cream. PIneapple appears towards the end too. Light and refreshing and nice bitter finish. Very nice and exactly the beer I was hoping for when I tried it.

Bottle @ RBESG Grand Tasting 2009. Oily earthy hops and citrus in the aroma. and flavor. Yeasty. Upcoming tartness. Thinnish.

Fat på Örebro Ölhall. Något mörkare bärnstensfärgad/ljusbrun med vitbeige krona. Ganska kakig och lite rostad/bränd maltkaraktär. Nja.

Draught @ Fairbar. Pours clear golden with an offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, sweet fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malt, caramel, fruit, citrus, light pine. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet light bitter finish.
