Holy smoke. Or maybe Holy Peat are more correct I looked forward to this one. Rum BA But it was so heavy peated so all other flavor disappeared completely Kind of nothing wrong with it. But failed completely to bring forward other flavor Some dark malt and roast off course [Bottle from Kenneth]

Jego dni wlasnie policzylem. 15 miesiecy w mojej piwnicy spedzil czas, krotko, no ale w koncu wydobylem go nie z krypty tylko z piwnicy wybudowanej przez mojego dziadka. Idealna temperatura i wilgotnosc, niemal o karzdej porze roku. Az zal bylo otwierac. Piekny wyglad, kartonik etykieta, czaszka, klimat super. Wyglad to bezowa piana srednio trwala znaczy na snifterze swoja wszech obecnosc. Aromat oczywiscie torfowy, dymny, drzewny i smolisty. barwa czarna niczym ziemia zasypana kazdego nieboszczyka podczas pogrzebu. Smak to fenomenalne zbalansowanie i ulozenie. Perfekcja niemal w kazdym calu. slodkosc, makowiec, nasaczony amaretto, pierniki, czekolada oczywiscie ta ciemna gorzka, sporo wytrawnosci przelamuje chmiel te slodkosc niesamowicie, po chwili najlepsze napary kawy, moja ulubiona z Etiopii mi sie kojarzy i na koniec to co najwazniejsze w tym piwie, wedzenie, torfowosc dymnosc itp itd. Posmak mega torfowy, przykryl wszystko, nie ma slodyczy, lepkosci nawet chmielu tylko ciagnie sie ta torfowosci mocno niczym Orient Express. Posmak mega szlachetny. Takie genialne piwa potrafi robic tylko brokreacja, no i moze Pinta, a wiec poludnie (Malopolska) - najlepszy region piwny w polskim raju. Polecam do wedzonego sera lub cheddara mocno dojrzalego. bezcenne zestawienie, wrazenia, zaduma, refleksja i bloga przyjemnosc. TO piwo zasluguije niemal na maksymalna ocene, nie mam sie czego czepiac, no moze gdyby piana byla ciut trwalsza, bylo by absolutne maximum.

Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is smoke, peat, malt, roast, chocolate. Taste is the same, bitter, dry, long dry bitter aftertaste. Very nice.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Peaty, smoky and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of peat, leather, a touch of TCP, smoked eel, some milk chocolate, dark chocolate, a touch of nougat, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, dry, peaty, smoky, minimally chocolately, notes of treacle, caramel, peat, smoked pork, smoked eel, some milk chocolate, barbecue sauce. Full body, oily texture, minimally siccative palate. Intense, rich and complex, at the same time highly drinkable, almost addictive - another superb Brokreacja specialty. Wow!

Bottle from the Browarium Web Shop, Poland. Black pour with a beige head. Nose of smoke, charred wood, dark chocolate, peat. Taste of Turkish coffee, lots of smoke, earth, peat, dark chocolate. Smoke and light bitterness in the close.

Bottle. It's a dark brown beer with a small light tan head. The aroma is mostly on the smoked side, with caramel, roasted malts, chicken farm notes, hints of ashtray and a touch or dark rye bread. The flavor has lots of smoke, hints of chicken farm and chicken manure, with dark rye bread, ashtray and a good dash of caramel. A full-bodied, lightly warming beer with a pleasant carbonation level and a lasting swallow. Nice, but a bit too heavily smoked for me. 181231
