2/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of fruit pie, citrus, vanilla, custard, caramel, pear drops and a slight mucky edge. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily texture, average carbonation. Nice tart finish.

750ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of perry pear, woody, funky. Taste is sweetish, fruity pear, mellow, woody, some funk and syrupy notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
