A rich, naturally sweet cider in the French style. The keeving process removes most of the yeast, and that which remains gives a soft carbonation. Complex and fruity due to using 8 varieties of apple, including the excellent Kingston Black and Frequin Audievre.

375ml wired cord bottle. Opened with a pop. Golden amber colour, fizzy white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, light funk. Taste is sweet, sugary, apple, fleshy, with hints of caramel and alittle funk. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, medium-sweet finish.
