500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier, viel CO2, viel Schaum. Geruch hefig, leicht malzig fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, im Abgang leicht würzig.

Not a big fan of the kristall style, as I think the sediment adds too much character to the beer. That said, this one was ordinary at best...

Bottle. Clear yellow color, huge fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, subtle pepper. taste is fruity straw. Bitter finish, a bit too bitter.

bottle. Clear, perhaps slightly hazy golden yellow, large white head. Fruity and dusty with malty flavours. Not my cup of tea.

Very clear yellow pour with a white fizzy head. As per the style, very light and refreshing, with lots of effervescence.

On tap at brewery pub, Stuttgart. Golden color with medium, long lasting white head. Strong carbonation. Weak yeasty aroma with hints of banana. Taste, little bit watery, with hints of banana, yeast. Light bitterness in background. Bittersweet finish. Average.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, sweet bread, moderate yeasty, banana peel / skin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110116]

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is clear golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, hops and notes of grass.

Bottle (thank You, Stefan!): Golden, big fluffy off-white head, sourish-grainy nose with traces of bananas and cloves; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied, but not watery; short tart and wheaty-sourish finish. Quite good for a beer of that odd style......

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and dense, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sour and fruity (citrus, banana) wheat-malty aroma with spicy notes of cloves and nutmeg. Slightly sweet and acidic flavour, slim bodied but not watery with a moderate carbonation. Slightly papery wheat-malty taste with delicate fruity and stronger spicy notes; moderately dry, subtle fruity and slightly bitter-tart finish. Boring [style ...]. 16.XI.09
