Bag in box @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata, mediamente torbida, schiuma leggera a bolle grossolane. Al naso note di buccia di mela matura, mela grattugiata, leggero vinoso. In bocca è leggermente acidula, fruttata, secca, appena amara, tannica. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Buona.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy yellow-orange golden colour, no head and aroma of oak barrel, apple, mucky funk. Taste is tangy, apple, some barnyard funk, woody barrel, oak and vanilla, with mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
