Coconut Imp. Stout, brewed with vanilla, maple and coconut to create a bounty bar explosion in a beer. This is a humongous chocolatey stout with tons of character from massive amounts of chocolate and toasted malts to back up the generous amount of toasted coconut and finished off with a bit of vanilla and maple syrup. Of course its more of a dessert than a beer, why not? craft beer is dead. We killed it with vanilla!

Dark brown almost black with a tan head with short retention. Aroma has notes of toasted malts, molasses, black ripe fruit and hints of vanilla. Flavor is sweet, slightly bittery, roasty, notes of vanilla and burnt caramel. Alcohol perfectly hidden by notes of vanilla, molasses in the final. Dense and smoothy mouthfeel.

Clear, very dark, brown pour with a medium-height tan head. Tons of coconut and vanilla up-front, followed by maple syrup, caramel, toffee, instant coffee. A bit too sweet, perfumey and artificial, but not necessarily bothering me. A great dessert stout.

Can. Black pour. Delicious aroma of earthy coconut, milk chocolate, maple, vanilla, caramel and cream. Taste of sweet earthy coconut, maple, caramel fudge, vanilla, milk chocolate, creamy marshmallows, malt and a long somewhat boozy finish. Great dessert stout, lots of delicious flavors and without the artificial touch these beers can have.

Can split at Bodney, thanks to Daniel, 12/04/18. Light black with a decent tan head. Nose is sweet malts, coconut, brown sugars, light fruit esters, melted chocolate. Taste comprises sweet sugar melt, Bounty Bar (Milk choc, blue wrapper, cardboard insert), caramel, toffee, light malt, faint roast. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sweet warming boost. Fun stuff, drinks below the ABV but lacks balance in the fact it's just too sweet for my liking.

Can in 'ackney, thanks to Dirty D. It pours jet black with a tan head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, in-your-face intense toast coconut character, bounty bar, cocoa and vanilla. The taste is dry, bitter, toasty grain, wood, cocoa, dark chocolate, toasted coconut, bounty bar, marshmallow, vanilla, chewy, toothy malt and a touch of alcohol on the back-end/. Medium - full body and fine carbonation. OK maybe it doesn't have a whole lot of depth, but it is hard to dislike if you like coconut! Damn you.
