Compact 375ml bottle, vintage 2020, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a noisy, rocky white head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Close-to-clear warm golden body. Inviting mid-sweet aromas of unripe apples added by a spicy touch. Well blended taste profile of apples, pears, oily hops and spiced malts. Gives a lightly sherry impression. Woody. Drying, mid-sweet malty-fruity ending. Rounded mouthfeel. Likable. (Tromsø 12.01.2021).
