This is a superfruit, lightly sour and salty beer packed with passionfruit. Jellyfish is perfect for lazy days in the sun. The beer is soured with lactic bacteria, added lots of fruit and a touch of himilayan salt to create freshness.

Can. An unclear yellow-orange beer with a nice white head. Passionfruit and gooseberries dominate the aroma, leaving little room for anything else. Sour, medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a flavor of passionfruit. Rather one dimensioned, but refreshing. 200427

Gabba gabba hey. I am the first at ratebeer to rate one beer from this brewery. The others just ticked it in. Hmmm I will do my best. Looked for a beer from this brewery at my last visit in Trondheim. At last….. Hazed golden pour with well ehh no head at all actually. Do not look that inviting. Also a quite moderate aroma. Have to dipp my nose into this one to get a feeling. Decent tartness and a balanced sweetness. Quite refreshing feeling. Peach o hoi mate. They claim that it is a passion fruit beer. No lies here. Mild lactic. Decent dry ending and a pleasant carbonation level. Quite easy to drink. No problems to drink this one more time.
