Himla Humla is a rich, hazy and alcohol free pale ale. Vast amounts of Cascade, Vic Secret and Citra hops have been added late in the brewing process and in dry hopping. To contain proteins and give the final beer a nice mouth feel, this beer was not boiled during the brewing process.

A welcome ipa free of alcool after a week to be sick and after a long day of work from Zürich. A nice and interesting ipa for the style, smooth and yeasty, buttery note, fruity, citrus, dry hop, aromatic and floral, well balanced and subtle, 27.03.23.

Bottle picked up from Drankgigant.nl webshop Dendermonde, Netherlands and consumed at home Monday 18th November 2024 listening to ByteFM after a Spaghetti Bolognese. Pours light to mid gold with a large white head. I like this, hoppiness is there but could be happier, a bit on the sweet side but after a few sips you don't notice that. This doesn't suffer from the usual non alcoholic beer taint. I really like it.

The hops don’t really shine too much. It’s still more of a juice than a beer, but it’s clean and tastes fine. Nogne o brewery

Bottle at home 17/01/2024 Sweet fruity aroma and taste with some tangerine pith, peach, tropicals, has a pretty good mouthfeel and body, there is a distracting wort vibe running throughout, but overall pretty decent AF effort here.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie, geprobeerd met Koenzie. Het is een troebel geel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van grapefruit en hop. De smaak is vol bitter, hoppig en zacht fruitig.

Bottle from the House of Trembling Madness. My first from this brewer, and a new region to boot. Hazy yellow-gold with a lasting white head. Silky-smooth mouthfeel, and unusually for a low alcohol brew the body is not too thin. Nice tropical fruit aroma continues into the taste. The light bitterness works well, but it's a little let down by the wheaty aftertaste. Nevertheless this is actually that rarest of things - a decent low ABV beer.
