Himla Humla is a rich, hazy and alcohol free pale ale. Vast amounts of Cascade, Vic Secret and Citra hops have been added late in the brewing process and in dry hopping. To contain proteins and give the final beer a nice mouth feel, this beer was not boiled during the brewing process.

Decent easy drinkable na beer. Better body than many others. But it had a lot of the usual wort stuff in the flavor Nice hopped - that saved it [Bottle from Varnaveien in Moss, Norway]

330 ml bottle, probably from Coop Extra Jørpeland. Or from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. Cloudy and very pale straw colour, moderate white head. Aroma first of fruity hops, then the usual n/a beer aroma of grain, porridge and cooked vegetables. The flavour is medium sweet, with nice fruity / citrussy notes, followed by less pleasant notes of cooked vegetables, ending in a slightly metallic bitterness.

Bottle. A pale orangey yellow beer with a dense finger-thick white head. Some curtains. The aroma is quite grainy, lightly toffee-ish, with a good dash of citrusy, piney scents. Some almost woody notes too. It's medium bodied, nicely carbonated and semi-dry, with a soft bitterness. Pine cones, resin and citrus zest, orange and grapefruit, in the flavor, backed by lightly toffee-ish pale malts and some bread crust. Dry, grapefruity bitter finish. This could easily be a summer favorite. 200521

Bottle. Hazy yellow/pale golden body with a big, lasting white head. Refreshing aroma of tropical and citric fruity hops. Taste is also fruity like aroma with pale malt, wheat, yeast and decent bitterness. Surprisingly smooth and balanced body for a NA beer and refreshing fruity aftertaste. Nice non alcoholic version of a NEIPA with a twist, slightly unusually hop combination and pretty well bodied without using lactose. Nice for a non alcoholic beer and actually very close to a NEIPA anyway - still made with a twist.
