Golden with a white head. Malt and citrus aroma with some spicy notes. Malt body with some citrus and spicy yeast. The malt and spicy yeast flavours goes into the finish. This was good.

0,33 flaske fra Statens sunnhetsinstitutt i Madla Amfi, hjemme: lett uklar korngylden med fint skum som varer. Behagelig, krydret aroma og smak med litt besk citrus, milde anstrøk av koriander, hvit pepper og bitterappelsin. Kryddertonene henger igjen i avslutningen. God munnfølelse og deilig maltsmak. Et gjensyn med denne er slett ikke av veien.

Bottle sampled October 2020. Unclear golden body under a fine, big, dense white head. Rather typical Saison aroma with subdued fruit, spicy yeast, esters and a bit soapy. Taste has a bit less distinct Sasion signature, Medium sweet malt, spicy yeast and a bit alcoholic. Medium body and slightly harsh aftertaste. Not bad, but taste feels a bit rough edged for my expectations for a Sasion.

330ml bottle, 8% abv, shared with Finn. Bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Two-finger thick white head, misty warm golden body, crocheted lacing. Moderate saison fruity nose, hints of citrus. Lightly spice saison fruity taste, moments of lemon and orange. Mid-sweet, drying finish. Well bodied. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Tromsø 22.09.2020).

Lys brun lett tåkete med offwhite skum. Lukter gress, korn, urter og noe karamell og sitrus. Fruktig, middels bitter sitrusskall, korn og krydder. Middels lang.
