Hazy IPA + Fruit Aromas + Low Bitterness

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink - this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops.

Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

MALT: Golden Promise, Oats
HOPS: Vic Secret, Huell Melon, German Cascade
YEAST: Vermont Ale Yeast

330ml can; BB 15th Jul 19. Poured into a Chimay chalice at home on 25th Jan 19 during a rating session with myself. Cloudy body, yellow body, white crown before becoming a wispy covering. Tropical fruity aroma and taste, slight yeasty feel also, maybe some Pink Grapefruit flavours bouncing around within the feel of the brew.

Can from Beer52. Opaque milky-gold with a thin white head and a moderate fizz. Fresh floral piney hop aroma. Tastes of orange marmalade, freshly baked white bread, pineapple, lemon, florals, hint of lime. A touch of chalk in the juicy finish. Very tasty, very more-ish. Good stuff.
