Slam Dunk is a high intensity new england style double ipa. The beer is brewed mainly with Citra and Mosaic hops on top of a soft malt base with some addidional body and sweetness from lactose to balance the high hopping rates. We hope you enjoy this hop juice!

Can shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 30.03.20. Muddy pale peach colour. Diminishing off-white head and lacing. Excellent and strong aroma and taste of lychee, tamarind, passion fruit, citrus, lemon grass and tropical breakfast juice. Very good and true to style.

Covid-19 har gjort livet vanskeligere for oss, en vi fortviler ikke -vi stedet for Mi2 på Cardinal satser vi friskt på MobpF! 0,33 boks fra helsekosten på Hinna (alltid greit å ha et mål med sykkelturen!). Helt uklar korngul med fint skum. Superb, velbalansert aroma og smak med stor fylde og enda større nytelse. Mersmaken kommer so en selvølge, som hos så mange av Bjarte sine kreasjoner. Nå er det er like før jeg havner i evangeliseringsmodus.

9-4-8-5-17 Can, #235, two weeks after canning. Pours cloudy orange, with a big creamy head. Aroma is grassy hops with tropical notes of mango, pineapples, stone fruits and gooseberries, as well as citrusy notes with tangerines and grapefruit. Creamy body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is dank hops with tropical notes of over ripe mango, pineapples, passion fruits and stone fruits, as well as citrusy notes of orange peel and grapefruit, gooseberries, musty fruit peel and minerals. Lingering grassy hops with grapefruity bitterness. Fabulous!
