500 mL bottle. Pours a clear, brown color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The nose is brown bread, light hickory smoke, maple, and caramel. Sweet and malty, with a mild, leathery bitterness. Light to medium body, chewy, and sticky. Easy and pretty nice.

Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours a deep copper colour with a large thick creamy beige head. Aroma is smokey with bacon, caramel, stewed dark fruits and bread. Taste is again smokey with more bacon, some mozzarella cheese, more stewed dark fruits coming through with a little more caramel. Lots of flavours going on and all blended together very well. Nicely balanced. Full body with low carbonation and a smooth oily mouthfeel. Very nice Beer and a great blend between smokey and fruity.

Pour is a dark brown/red with a huge white head. Aroma is that meaty bacon smoke thing. Flavor is a meaty ham and smoked bacon. This beer reminds me of that commercial we have the meats. After the swallow there is more meatyness left on the tongue. Still don't know if I like this style but it is unique I'll give it that.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful reddish brown, really nice, with very fine white foam. Aroma is smoked, malty. Body is fairly thick, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-high sweet. Final is fairly long, sweetish and moderately smoked.

Tap at the brewery. Medium smoky nose, woody, with bacon and chocolate. Very subtle smoking in the flavor, woody, with light bacon. Not hugely smoky but very good.
