Lett uklar nøttebrunt med lyst beige, fyldig topp som varer. Aroma; malt, plomme, karamell, brød, hint av kaffe. Smak; Kaffe, plomme, malt, bark, karamell, humle, mørk sirup. Myk munnfølelse. Fyldig, litt svak men varig ettersmak.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.0%. Mahogany colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Dull aroma of brown bread, hints of caramel. The flavour is better than the aroma, malts (some of them lightly roasted), caramel (without being too sweet), very moderate herbal hops in the finish.

From tap at Apollon, Bergen, 31.05.24. Dark brown. Beige head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of medium dark malt, some pine, a hint of bark and fine hop bitterness lingering on. Perhaps more like an American brown ale than a Bayer or Tmavý, but still a good beer.
