Can. Unclear dark reddish body with a moderate sized off-white head. Aroma is blackcurrant with pale malt and peppery yeast. Taste is like a mild saison with moderate yeast flavor, sweet pale malt, moderate bitterness and quite dominating, but not exaggerated blackcurrant flavor. Medium body and average aftertaste with blackcurrant. This could remind me a bit of a beer version of a winter toddy so it deliver in accordance to the name and concept, but it’s a bit too sweet and fruity for my taste so I’m a bit ambivalent about this one.
