Can. An unclear pale orange colored beer with a finger thick white head. The aroma is quite sugary, with tropical fruits, grapefruit and and pine cones. It's full bodied, lightly warming and with a soft carbonation. Grapefruit, pine cones and some orange in the flavor, with a hint of sugary malts. Lasting fruity finish. Quite pleasant this one. 200627

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Cloudy yellow-gold body, low white head, clingy lacing. Blossom tropical fruity aromas. Mixed taste of mango, passion fruits and pineapple, with distant undercurrents of vanilla. Welcome bittersweet finish, long lived. Fine bodied. Pleasing. (Tromsø 19.05.2020).

Can. Hazy yellow golden with a white head. Nice and refreshing aroma of tropical fruit, grapefruit and pineapple. Flavor is on the fruity side as common for the style, most of the ‘flavor’ is actually in the nose but it feels quite delicious and the best of all: it has actually some real bitterness. I find it difficult to make a rating out of the NEIPA style beers, all the god ones taste almost the same and all the bad ones tastes almost the same, at least this is a god one, among the best I have tasted within the juicy style. I also appreciate the bitterness; it makes a balance and a big difference from the sissy versions made for the faint-hearted masses. Moneky Brew is actually evolving the style a step further, finally.
