Clear light golden with almost no head. Light bready, lemon, soft cardboard, light grassy, paper, light earthy, soft tart wheat. Light sweet and sour, almost medium bitter. Over light bodied. This has a weird paper-like bitter finish that I don’t like at all. Meh.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier, viel Schaum. Geruch hefig, leicht malzig fruchtig. Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig, im Abgang leicht süß.

A golden beer with a bit of sediment floating around under a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and bread as well as lighter notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, bread, and hay.
