Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some alcohol and mild chilies. Flavour is liquorice, toffee, chocolate and some roasted and some bready.

Bottle 33 cl. 9,5% in my version. Pours an opaque black with a creamy and lacing, beige head. Slightly tart roast with a hint of chili. Medium body, subtle roast, fairly dry. The chili is rather subtle. dry finish. 051122

[ As Stamsjö Chili Stout ].
ABV: 9.8%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, wood - tobacco, light chili fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, tobacco, wood, light chili warm notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. --Bottled, thanks ZWR! -- Black with rich beige head. Aroma of chocolate and caramel. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Treacle and chocolate, brown sugar and oncreeping but mild habanero heat. Balanced and interesting.
