A tester!
Malts: Orge Bio de Balbronn.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy hoppy and pale malty aroma, a touch of protein, a minimally bready and spicy touch. Taste is slightly dry, grassy and minimally fruity hoppy, minimally bready and spicy, pale malty basis, hints of green apple, a touch of protein, moderate bitterness. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly carbonation. Light, simple, refreshing, profits from non-filtration - OK.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, yeast, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, fruit, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
