good hazy golden color. pretty small white head. Aroma is a touch yeasty, with some subtle citrus notes, and a little spice. Flavour has a nice citrus note off the bat, and finiishes with a nice hop note. Mouthfeel is nice and balanced and full. This is a great summer beer, crisp, and quenching, not HUGE on any particular flavour just a solid wit.

355ml bottle, watching opening the ceremony of Notre Dame on TV. Misty gold presentation, large rocky white head. Gentle nose of malt, wheat, gentle herbal citrus. Flavour profile presents somewhat tame wheat, malt, fine herb, soft carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, no striking wit qualities, falls a bit flat in terms of floral or fruity elements, certainly little in the way of a yeast hit. Pleasant sipper, but doesn't leave its mark.

Good, lightly yellowish , dense and stable head over faintly veiled golden beer. Coriander, fake citrus, maybe bit of thyme, orangepeel. Coriander returning, citrus, dry herbs, dried lemonbalm. Light body, wheatslickness, medium to good carbonation. The umpteenth, hyper-classic wit, with not a whit of interest. Txs to Stef!

hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma and taste of a typical witbier with wheaty-bready, some coriander and slight lemony notes; correct one

Keg at The Henry House, Halifax. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, toasty grain, wheat, coriander, white bread, cereal and straw. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, herbal, straw, minerals, wheat, minerals, earth and light lactic notes with a lingering dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well-rounded. Not a whole lot to it really, but drinkable enough.
