Third by cask, shared with Finn on the third day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Dark coloured body with a deep reddish shade. Pink-beige head, clingy lacing. Malt-berry aromas, dry. Dark plums and chocolate malts to the taste character. Sweet and semi-tart finish. Satisfying (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

Bottle shared between IMBC sessions - cheers to Dan. Pours deep brown with a creamy tan head. Interesting stuff, a little funky and buggy, some bitter ash, tangy dried berries, old leather, dry cocoa. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. More aged, tangy berries in the close, some baking cocoa, scorched earth. Pretty solid.
