Veldig bra. Litt tørrende munnfølelse og en snert på undergjæren som jeg ikke er overbegeistret for, men solid stykke typerikitighwt som har modnet godt frem til i år.

Bottle at home. One year old. Pours a dark brown colour with a compact beige head. Aroma of nuts, rye bread, roasted malt, cocoa and raisins. Flavour of roasted malt, bread crust, ash, dates, grass and some dark chocolate. Has a slick mouth feel, medium to full body and a medium bitterness. Tasteful and surprisingly roasted and bitter.

Bottle. Clear amber body under a dense tan head. Aroma has malt, burnt caramel (dark caramel) and toast. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, some fruitiness and balanced bitterness. Nice body and average aftertaste. Decent but something is missing in the flavor here for my taste.

Bottle. A brown beer, almost clear, with a dense beige head. The aroma has bread, caramel notes, some burnt malts and a touch of dark dried fruits. It’s full-bodied, faintly warming and soft on the palate. Roasted malts, dried fruits, bitterness and bread notes in the flavor. Some burnt hints. Lasting finish. Quite nice this one, tasteful and pleasant. 210205

From bottle on board Fridtjofen 28.02.20. Dark mahogany. Beige head and lacing. Excellent aroma and taste of dark caramel, medium roasted malts, dark berries, pine bitterness, dates and figs. Good bitterness is lingering on. A very good bock beer!
